ABOUT THE HOUSE 

  • Presents a combination of spacious living in a stellar location.
  • Comprises 2 generous sized bedrooms both ensuite.
  • Both bedrooms have a walk-in robe.
  • The kitchen boasts wrap around benchtops, gas cooktop, under bench oven, dishwasher and walk-in pantry.
  • An open plan lounge and a spacious dining area
  • Outdoors provides an entertaining area, perfect for enjoying with friends or for exercise.
  • Additional cozy front lounge is a perfect place to relax and wind down at the end of the day.
  • Ducted Heating and Evaporative Cooling.
  • Internet available.

ACCESSIBILITY

  • Suitable for ambulant participants or partially ambulant e.g. persons using a walking frame.

SUPPORTS 

  • Support available 7 days a week including overnight staffing.
  • Overnight staffing can be either sleep over or active night model.
  • Participants matched to most suitable Qualified, Experienced and Friendly staff.
  • Participant and/or their Support person involved in the planning, implementation, and review of supports.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW 

  • Suitable for persons who are ambulant or using a walker.
  • Trial STA and MTA opportunities available in view of SIL.
  • SIL quote can be done ASAP to facilitate quick occupancy.
  • Provider can assist with Travel/Transport as needed (Chargeable).
  • Suitable for one male in his 50’s.
  • Viewing can be arranged any day of the week.

SUITABILITY 

  • Suitable for persons needing daily support for standard needs.
  • Suitable for persons that would like a quiet space or to socialize with 1 other housemate.
  • Suitable for standard needs.
  • Suitable for mobile and wheelie using persons.
  • Not purpose built for high physical access – only improved.
