  • Sprinkler system in place.
  • Internet available.
  • No carpet in whole house.
  • Tastefully furnished.
  • 2 car garage port spaces available.
  • Additional Street Parking available.

ACCESSIBILITY 

  • Accessible inside and outside.
  • Wheelchair accessible rooms.
  • Wheelchair accessible bathroom and toilet.

SUPPORTS 

  • Support available 7 days a week including overnight staffing.
  • Overnight staffing can be either sleep over or active night model.
  • Participants matched to most suitable Qualified, Experienced and Friendly staff.
  • Participant and/or their Support person involved in the planning, implementation, and review of supports.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW 

  • Suitable for persons with or without a physical disability.
  • Trial STA and MTA opportunities available to allow for a SIL quote.
  • SIL quote can be done ASAP to facilitate quick occupancy.
  • Provider can assist with Travel/Transport.
  • You must be turning or be aged 18 years and above (Adults only).
  • You or your support person will need to sign relevant documentation.
  • Viewing can be arranged any day of the week.

  • Suitable for persons that would like a quiet space.
  • Suitable for persons that would like to socialize with housemates.
  • Suitable for male participants of over 30 years.
